Pack
48 / 3.4 oz
Category
Prepared Entrees

Fully cooked vegan I.Q.F. burgers packed 48 per case, with a total case weight of 10.2 LB.

About this product

The larger of the two burger patties at 3.4 oz, 48 per case, fully cooked and individually quick frozen. The extra weight over the 3.2 oz veggie burger gives a slightly thicker patty that stands up better under a heavy topping build.

Sodium is exceptionally low at 10mg per serving, which is close to unseasoned. In practice that is an advantage on a burger, where the cheese, sauce and pickles supply most of the salt in the finished item.

How it is used

  • Loaded burger builds with heavy toppings and sauces
  • Double-patty and premium burger menu items
  • Plate service without a bun
  • Catering and event menus needing a vegan main
